A Northwest Classic. This mild to medium spice level verde hot sauce is made using fresh ingredients, including a reduction of raw beer (wort from local Paradise Creek Brewery) and malt vinegar to double down on the beer flavor, including apple cider vinegar Serrano peppers, cilantro, and other herbs and spices to create a one-of-a-kind green sauce.
